I participated in Jo’s pregnancy yoga every week during my second and third trimester (literally to the end as I gave birth 5 days after my last class) and found the classes super beneficial. Yoga isn’t usually my type of exercise but being pregnant for the first time, I wanted to keep some fitness and stay safe in my movements. Jo provided a relaxed environment and her knowledge of birth and pregnancy helped me to prepare for what was going to be the most magical day of my life.

I mean it! My experience was hassle free and Jo’s little voice resonated in my head while giving birth to remind me of some self pain management I could use- and I did it. I experienced no back pain, or any pain during pregnancy, childbirth and after.

I absolutely enjoyed taking the time each week to bond with my baby while practising yoga and preparing for birth. Jo offered a meaningful, respectful and diverse session each week. I felt comfortable in asking questions and following Jo’s guidance. I won’t hesitate to attend again should I carry another human again.
